With Super Bowl Sunday just around the corner, this is a must-hear program! As stated on the program, spectator sports are worldly and effeminizing; and sports ministries, like Sports Spectrum, are unbiblical and profane. Thanks for hitting the nail right on the head!

I am happy to know you have the wisdom to adress this subject matter. I for years was a paid powerlifter. This was my only God(Myself)The folly of sports evangelizing is to confuse many.In what appears to be of God(public view)is nothing more than,blinding the hearts and lives of all.

pro sports is definatley an idol most people fight over it ,argue whose the best etc..this falls into idolatry, covetousness ,pride etc.

Great program Ralph. This is little more than Roman gladiatorial games a'la Americana. It's a great truth that you talk about what you love the most and depending on the season, most everyone around me loves the television and what's on the television via sports channels. In my home, we don't really watch TV at all, I may listen to the OSU Buckeyes on occasion through the radio but I can turn it off anytime without experiencing any emotional discomfort. Again, GREAT program! Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
