PCC to Pop Principal's Bubble Zone Today

On Wednesday, January 4, a member of
Pilgrims Covenant Church handed out one of our tracts, Homosexuality:
The Truth, to students as they left the Lake Mills High
School, Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Giving out various types of Christian
literature at Wisconsin high schools is just one of many public ministry
efforts in which PCC engages. Subsequent to our ministry, Lake Mills
High School Principal Robert L. Gilpatrick informed us in writing that
he has arbitrarily created a seventy-five-foot buffer zone around Lake
Mills High School property and declared that no Christian can hand out
literature on that public property without his prior permission.
Further, he has warned us that if we dare to hand out Christian
literature on the public sidewalk within his buffer zone, we will be
arrested by the local police. In his letter, he also made clear his
support for homosexuality and his intent to continue to use his
authority, and his school, to train young people to think his way.
"Gilpatrick's tax-funded endorsement of
homosexuality and 'the American principles embracing tolerance' is
arrogant and immoral. It is also an invitation for PCC to return to hand
out our tract What
the Bible Really Says about Homosexuality. We intend to
do just that today and with a whole lot more people than so upset
Principal Gilpatrick on January 4. We also intend to lit drop homes in
the town of Lake Mills with a copy of the principal's letter and the
brochure Homosexuality:
The Truth, which does contain a lengthy gospel message.
If the principal with no principles decides to have us arrested, our
prayer is that the situation will be used in the end to bring glory to
God and strengthen our Christian liberty."
