"He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the
just,
even they both are abomination to the LORD."
Proverbs 17:15
Today, January 11, Dary Byczek will stand trial on multiple
charges, including hate crime charges, brought against him at the behest
of four lesbians who live on property adjoining Mr. Byczek's rural
acreage. Mr. Byczek is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct for
uttering several profane words at his neighbors whom he says provoked him
by video taping his children and also fondling each other in front of the
Byczek children. He is charged with trespassing for simply driving up his
neighbors' driveway in an attempt to talk with them. He is charged with
multiple counts of bail jumping and contempt of court because his family
set foot on a large chunk of their own land upon which a judge said they
could not venture. Finally, Mr. Byczek is charged with hate crimes because
he put up a sign saying, "All lesbians will go to hell" and
because of those profane comments about lesbians.
"I believe that this prosecution of Dary Byczek is the worst case
of hate crime persecution which has taken place yet in
America, because it is essentially a prosecution based entirely on
politically incorrect speech. Mr. Byczek did not steal anything; he did
not assault anyone; he did not destroy anyone's property; he did not even
threaten anyone. Yet he potentially faces long years in prison and huge
fines if found guilty. This is just one more example of America's sexually
perverse elite attempting to pound the rest of us into submission and
silence. Today Wisconsin Christians United will be on hand in large
numbers to speak up loud and clear against the persecution of Dary Byczek
and justice itself by D.A. Gary Luhman and his clients from New Sodom. We
will not be silent."
