little girl being taken to the nude

the girl
makes it to the beach.

July 14: Pilgrims
Covenant Church joins with a Milwaukee church to minister
on the parking lot and walkway leading to Mazo beach using preaching,
signs, and tracts. Nudists are very tense and threatening. DNR is warm to
the perverts, obnoxious toward the Christians.
July 14:
Sheriff's deputies serve Pastor Ovadal with criminal charges for preaching
a short message to DNR officers and a lewdly acting/talking woman on the
Mazo beach parking lot May 28. The message was a balanced one, a biblical
rebuke along with the good news of the gospel.
July 15: Pilgrims
Covenant Church hits Mazo beach again as the nudists are coming out
to go home.

July 17:
Literature drop in Reedsburg.
August 6:
Pastor Ovadal appears in Dane County Circuit Court to answer a charge of
state disorderly conduct for his Mazo beach parking lot sermon. The charge
carries a possible ninety days in jail and $1,000 fine. The D.A. asks that
Pastor be banned from the entire Township of Mazomanie! He also asks that
the "victim's" name be kept confidential and that a
"no-contact" order be issued against Pastor. The judge denies
the first request but grants the second two. Thus Pastor Ovadal will be
denied the right to face his accuser in court, and he will be charged with
contempt if he has any "personal contact" with his accuser. A
no-contact order is virtually unheard of in a D.C. case. It is apparent at
the hearing that the district attorney office's goal is to make Pastor
look a like dangerous man of whom the "victim" is greatly
frightened.
August 7:
Lit
drop in LaCrosse in preparation for WCU ministry at that town's first
"Pridefest."
August 11:
During a WCU ministry at Mazo beach, a number of Christians block a man
and woman from taking two children to the beach. A standoff ensues with
the DNR refusing to protect the children and repeatedly threatening the
Christians in the most obnoxious manner. The family eventually leaves. At
this writing, no charges have been filed against the Christians.
August 14:
Lit
drop in LaCrosse.
August 18:
Distribution of WCU lit by Pastor Bill Kermott and his church at the Eau
Claire "Pride Days." Pastor Bill and his people powerfully and
effectively confront the heirs of Sodom a number of times over the
weekend, rebuking their evil and sharing the gospel with them.
August 21:
Lit
drop in Shullsburg.

August 24-25:
WCU two-day ministry at LaCrosse "Pridefest." WCU conducts two
prophetic pickets, including lit distribution and preaching, at busy
intersections. Thousands of LaCrosse homes are lit dropped. On Friday
evening, WCU surrounds a lewd art gallery where LaCrosse Mayor John
Medinger gives a welcoming address to Sodom's heirs. During the two hour
event, Christians with WCU hold signs and banners, give out gospel tracts;
and a number of street preachers take turns preaching right under the open
windows where the mayor is speaking. The mayor ends up being rebuked face
to face by several WCU Christians before the night is over.

Preaching through the gates of
hell.
|
On Saturday,
WCU sets up banners and signs at the front and back entrances of the
Pridefest grounds. A continual preaching is done straight through the
gates. One man who is at Pridefest to give a talk for the Humane Society
complains that the preaching is being heard all the way through the small
grounds! The preaching apparently brings a conviction which is too much to
bear for some of the revelers as several large, middle-aged lesbians
charge the preachers. The ladies are intercepted by their concerned
comrades and held down until their screaming and struggling subsides. Many
sodomites are witnessed to one on one. Also, two "Christian"
pastors participating in the Pridefest activities are confronted, and the
mayor is again sharply rebuked when he emerges from the grounds. Among the
other highlights of the ministry in LaCrosse, two young men who happened
upon a picket end up praying with a Christian who witnessed to them. WCU's
ministry is well-covered by the media, including television.
August 28:

September 3:
WCU late afternoon ministry at Mazo beach. A biblical message is shared
through preaching, tracts, signs, and banners. After a beautiful little
six- or seven-year-old girl is seen being brought from the beach, one of
the Christians with WCU rebukes an older man for being nude on the beach
where a little girl is being displayed naked. The man mockingly sneers,
"I know she was there; I saw her." At one point during the
ministry, the woman who is being "protected" by the no-contact
order against Pastor Ovadal jumps out of a car and races toward him. After
Pastor walks away from her, the woman feigns great fear and repeatedly
asks, "Where is the DNR? Does anyone have a cell phone?" While
Pastor Ovadal's two daughters sharply rebuke the woman, her male companion
who claims to be a police officer takes pictures of the Christians and
accuses them of "witness intimidation." So far, no contempt
charges have been served against Pastor; but in the past, the Dane County
D.A. has always issued charges against Pastor several months after the
fact.

Ovadal said informational picketing, preaching
and literature drops will be part of the protest. He said members of the
group have already been in LaCrosse dropping off literature which calls
upon homosexuals to repent and turn their lives around to be saved by
Jesus. . . . "We're not about causing trouble. We're just about
sharing truth," Ovadal said.

September 4:
Lit drop and pickets in Darien and Walworth.
September 7:
Pastor Ovadal and a group of Christians
preach, hand out salvation tracts, and sing hymns at the Mazomanie Wild
West Days. The ministry takes place on the carnival grounds and also in
"downtown" Mazomanie. The gospel is shared and citizens are
challenged to rid their backyard of the nude beach. Much mocking takes
place, including from older people. After hearing the preaching, one young
man asks for and receives a Bible.
September 11:
Lit drop in Pardeeville. During the lit drop, a grateful woman resident
asks for literature that she can distribute on her own! One sodomite calls
WCU and screams, "Pardeeville is a Christian town"; and if WCU
ever comes there again, the citizens will "sue you, m-----
f------."
|
"My daughter-in-law used your tracts on
homosexuality and her Bible last night to lead a lesbian to the Lord! This
woman knew she was sinning and asked God to help her. He sent J. and the
Bible and your tracts and at 2:30 am today a new sister was born into the
kingdom of God! Angels are rejoicing!" |
September 18:
Lit drop and pickets in Whitewater, Wisconsin. This door-to-door
distribution of the WCU flyer "Rape, Murder, and Homosexuality"
follows closely on the heels of news that a 39-year-old Whitewater Boy
Scout leader has been charged with repeated sexual assaults of three boys.
The newspaper article telling of the crime is included with each pamphlet
distributed.
Ongoing lit dropping in
Viroqua, Racine, Appleton, Oshkosh, and New Berlin.
Media Opportunities: Pastor
