Homosexuals use deception to
justify their perverted acts. The entire homosexual life is a lie. To
engage in homosexual acts, one must lie to oneself. To justify
participation in such depravity, an individual must deny the eternal Law
of God, the empirical evidence and the just plain common sense which all
condemn homosexual acts. To gain acceptance and state protection of their
perversion, homosexuals must promulgate any number of lies to the public
in order to overcome the overwhelming evidence that a man truly does reap
what he sows, and God truly does judge nations which embrace and accept
perversion for which His Word prescribes punishment.
The truth is depravity unchecked not only brings God's
judgment upon a nation, depravity unchecked begets more depravity, and not
just with regard to bizarre "in house" sexual activities in the
homosexual community itself. Taken as a whole, the homosexual community's
propensity to engage in sexual assault and violence is shocking.
Homosexual spokesmen can deny this claim all they want, but the truth
speaks for itself. The top six mass murderers in U.S. history were all
homosexuals.* Ask any EMT in any city with a sizable homosexual community
what sort of domestic abuse calls in which he winds up being involved. He
will tell you a disproportionate amount of calls result from homosexuals
beating each other up. Depravity begets depravity. The homosexuals can lie
all they want, and they do, but the fact is the tolerance of homosexuality
in our midst puts all of us, especially the weak and vulnerable, at an
increased risk of becoming the victim of homosexual violence.
Just recently I read an article from a homosexual
sympathizer who claimed that 98.5% of all sexual assault is perpetrated by
heterosexual men against girls and women. The man is flat-out lying, as a
dispassionate look at available statistics will tell us. By the way,
statistics can be a funny thing; they must always be put in proportion. In
other words, if we say that any part of a whole is responsible for
generating a certain statistic, we must always keep in mind what
percentage of the whole the part is if we are to grasp the full
significance of our finding. My contention is that homosexual men commit
sexual assault at a rate far disproportionate to their numbers. This is a
contention which can be proven with cold, hard fact. Let's do just that
right now.
Even honest "gay activists" acknowledge that
homosexual men make up, at most, 2-3% of America's total male population.
This means that group should account for a maximum of 2-3% of all sexual
assault by males nationwide. Statistics show that figure is far higher,
but let's deal specifically with Wisconsin. Because Wisconsin is a rural
state, its population contains a lower percentage of homosexuals. AIDS
statistics and other documented facts bear this truth out. In all
likelihood, the percentage of Wisconsin males who are homosexual is less
than the national average of 2-3%. But let's assume the average. Let's
assume that 2-3% of all Badger State men are homosexual. Are these men
more likely to commit acts of sexual assault than the state's male
heterosexual population? You bet they are; depravity truly does beget
depravity. But let me document that claim. The Wisconsin Office of Justice
Assistance Statistical Analysis Center in Madison documents a number of
things, including sexual assaults in Wisconsin on a yearly basis. They also make that documentation
available to the public in a report. Considering the heavily liberal bent
of Wisconsin's state government, it is fair to assume any prejudice in
these reports would come down on the side of the homosexuals. So what does
the "Sexual Assaults in Wisconsin in 1995 Report" reveal?
Plenty, and all of it bad for the homosexual cause.
Consider the statistics regarding sexual assault of
children 1-12 years of age. 35.67% of the youngsters were raped; 45%
sodomized and 19.312% assaulted with an object. The report breaks victims
down into six age groups. As victims get older, the percentage sodomized
is drastically reduced. Yet homosexual activists insist children are not
put at increased risk by contact with homosexuals!
Another telling statistic in the report catalogues
sexual assault in Wisconsin by the offender's sex and the victim's sex.
This particular table tells us that 11.48% of the sexual assaults
committed in Wisconsin by adult males are against other adult males; in
other words, 11.48% of all sexual assaults by males are homosexual
assaults. Considering that homosexual males make up a maximum of 2-3% of
our state's male population, this is a community responsible for an
alarmingly high percentage of sexual assaults in our state.
Now consider another fact. The nature of rape is that
one person must overpower another to commit the atrocity. A rape victim
must be subdued. This explains why homosexual rape against children is so
much higher than homosexual rape against adults. Being less able to defend
themselves, children suffer very high rates of homosexual rape as the
government report (and documentation of news story reports) bears out. If
male homosexuals were as capable of subduing other men as they are of
subduing children and were as unafraid of being physically harmed as are
men who rape women, how much would the overall incidence of rape by
homosexuals shoot up? One can only wonder and shudder. Of course, the rate
of homosexual rape of adult males does shoot up when a culture becomes
homosexualized to the point that homosexual gangs roam the streets preying
on individual men (Genesis 19:1-29). America has not reached that point,
yet.
As it is, according to our state government's own
report of adult sexual assault by adults, homosexual males in Wisconsin
are approximately 600% more likely to commit sexual assault than
heterosexual males. That is the truth, and it is a truth which once again
substantiates another truth: depravity begets depravity!
Homosexual activity is a grossly immoral activity that
violates true Law. Until recently, homosexual acts were outlawed by
Wisconsin state law. Persons openly committing such acts or confessing to
committing them were subject to punishment. In 1982, Wisconsin became the
first state to make it a crime to discriminate against persons on account
of "sexual orientation." Wisconsin's anti-sodomy law was taken
out of effect in 1983. Since our state government began protecting, and
one might fairly say, promoting homosexual conduct, homosexual rape,
especially homosexual rape of children, has measurably increased. And how
many of the rape victims of homosexual and bisexual perpetrators have
contracted AIDS? So much for the tender mercies of those who legislate
immorality and preach "tolerance." In light of the
jeopardy homosexual activity brings to the weak and vulnerable of our
state, there is only one moral and sane course before us: Wisconsin must
once again join with those states which officially outlaw homosexual acts.
It's the only decent thing to do.
