A May Day
Covenant with Death and Hell
by Pastor Ralph Ovadal,
Pilgrims Covenant Church, Monroe, Wisconsin
"In
this solemn assembly we will repent, remember, and renew our covenant with
God . . ."
Janet Porter
". . . We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we
at agreement . . ." Isaiah 28:15 |

You might call this an
addendum to my recent article, "A Wonderful and Horrible Thing: May
Day 2010" (http://www.pccmonroe.org/2010/04.28.htm).
Since I wrote that article, we have had the time to do more research and
discovered other so-called apostles, prophets, women preachers, healers,
and so forth who will be involved in that event. The more we research, the
more this seems to be a bottomless pit--and yes, that was meant to have a
double meaning.
With
this e-mail you will find a picture of one Cindy Jacobs, co-founder of
Generals International (http://www.generals.org/).
Now, I already wrote some about Jacobs in the article just
mentioned. When it comes to wolfettes in sheep's clothing, Mrs. Jacobs
could almost get lost in the cast of wolfish luminaries leading in
"repentance" and prayer at tomorrow's May Day abomination in
Washington, D.C. But since it was Cindy Jacobs who, Janet Porter states in
the May Day program, "helped us to birth the idea of May Day," I
thought it might be beneficial to add a bit more to what we have
already shared in the said article concerning "respected
prophet" Cindy. I would urge those who have not yet read that article
to do so and learn much more about May Day 2010 and its cast of
spiritually corrupt characters.
That picture of Cindy
the prophetess is on one of her DVDs for sale at the Generals
International web site. Yes, that's Cindy herself pictured in action on
the cover. A picture might be worth a thousand words after
all. In fact, if you would like to see a short video collage of Cindy and
her friends in action, click on this link: http://www.generals.org/events/upcoming-events/convergence-2010/.
Cindy is the one with the squeaky, frantic voice who comes on at 00:16.
Cindy Jacobs has written
quite a few books and produced quite a few DVDs. I only looked at a very
few of them, being low on time at the time. But a few titles
should tell the tale when it comes to Cindy Jacobs, one of the planners
and prayers, that is prayer leaders, of May Day 2010. These then are
just a few titles of many productions by Cindy Jacobs who is front and
center among May Day personalities and has appeared on Janet Porter's
Faith2Action program more than once in recent months:
"Breaking Strongholds through Prophetic Dance," "Second
Dimension of Prophecy," "Releasing the Supernatural,"
"Healing: How to Heal and Be Healed," "School of Healing. A
powerful teaching series on how to operate in signs, wonders, and
miracles." We could go on and on, but the reader has the picture by
now, the picture of a wicked woman deceiving the Lord's people and being
deceived herself by the devil.
By the way, Janet
Porter is not only a friend and co-conspirator with Cindy Jacobs; just
last month, Janet was a featured speaker at Generals
International's conference (http://www.generals.org/events/upcoming-events/convergence-2010/speaker-bios/).
The vital questions now
are: Will ministers reprove and rebuke Janet Porter and May Day 2010? Will
they contend for the gospel and guard the Lord's blood-bought flock
against that ungodly rabble of rebels responsible for that well planned
provocation of our God? And will the Christian radio networks who have
been carrying Janet Porter's programs for years and actively promoting May
Day 2010 be held responsible for their part in this miserable mess? Time
will tell. At this point, removing Porter and her spiritual circus from
the airwaves would obviously be a pragmatic business decision, due
only to pressure. But that would be better than what usually happens in
cases like these. "For if he that cometh preacheth another
Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which
ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye
might well bear with him" (2 Cor. 11:4).
